The Museum of the Principality of Stavelot-Malmedy offers visitors a modern, intelligent and playful tour of the amazing history of an Ancien Regime state. Old iconography and music, art artifacts and works are skilfully staged using the most modern multimedia techniques. After visiting the museum, the adjacent abbey church from the 11th century, which was renovated by the architects, takes on its full significance.
