The Rüeggisberg church, formerly St. Martin, is located on the Way of St. James in a central location in the middle of the southern street of the village. Its oldest parts are early Romanesque and date from the 10th/11th century. After a village fire in 1532, the tower was renovated and expanded. In the 18th century, the choir was completely rebuilt and rebuilt. The only surviving furnishings from this period are the baptismal font in the form of a ribbed chalice with angel heads on a volute-supported base. The stained glass windows from 1967 are by Felix Hoffmann.
