The Estonian Architecture Museum has a permanent collection of model buildings that provide an overview of 20th century architecture. To complete the exhibition, the museum has ordered new models and from time to time takes old ones out of storage - so the exhibition is constantly changing.
The museum is located in the premises of the over 100-year-old Rotermann salt warehouse, which is one of the most outstanding examples of industrial architecture in Tallinn. The museum pursues a variety of goals to offer something interesting for specialists, tourists and schoolchildren alike.
