Running
Running along Long Beach Trail is the only way to get to Pleasure Beach Park via foot. The park is not really maintained much anymore, but there is video surveillance at the ruins of the old buildings on the island. This trail is basically all sand until you get to the island, so only run this trail if you don't mind some packed-sand!
