Hiking
Old mill with a large iron wheel from the 15th century, an era when these workshops were the only "industrial" buildings and therefore considered true public institutions. It shows the characteristic stepped floor plan, later used as a prototype for all mills built in the area. Important for grinding corn, wheat, barley, and chestnuts, this is the third of seven mills (Modello, Domenichino, Còrnola, Mingat, Le Rocche, Nuovo, Managlia), so much so that the valley was called "the valley of the mills".
