The Krappenfelsen rock is located in the heart of the "Katzenbeisser Steillagenareal" near Lauffen am Neckar. The view extends far across the Neckar Valley into the Zabergäu region and the Stromberg-Heuchelberg Nature Park. The viewpoint is accessible via a small, unpaved trail with a few steps.
