In Stargard, two distinct craft brewing entities operate: the stationary Miejski Browar Stargard (restaurant and mini-brewery) and Browar Stargard (a craft brewery selling its bottled and kegged beers at the local market, among other places). Brewed on-site, in front of the guests. The offer includes permanent items as well as seasonal editions (e.g., the popular Orkiszowe beer). Flagship and seasonal offerings include Madiza Pils, Białogłówka Pszeniczne, Ina Hazy IPA, or the non-alcoholic M350. The brand has won, among others, the "Stargardzki Produkt Lokalny" (Stargard Local Product) award.

It is located in a building from the beginning of the 20th century. First, it belonged to the owner of a local sugar factory, and then it served as a scout house and a pedagogical library. The building underwent a thorough renovation before the restaurant brewery opened its doors in 2019
