The construction of the manor dates back to the 1360s, that is to say during the Hundred Years' War. The building was a dependency of the Saint-Lô priory of Rouen. Seized as national property during the Revolution, it was then sold. Since then, it has been the headquarters of an agricultural operation, which is still active today.
The tithe barn, intended to receive the priory's agricultural income, was built at the end of the 15th century, probably around 1491. Rectangular in plan, the barn has three naves and has a projecting, two-story entrance porch.
