Bison Ranch - The Bison Ranch Roznov (in CZ, not far from the border) is always (I've been here for the 4th time) worth a trip. Excellent bison meat served by a nice and careful "girls team" ... Highly recommended!

The farm's interesting feature is the breeding of American bison and thus the offer of bison specialties in the local restaurant. The farm building is gradually undergoing a complete reconstruction.
