In extremely changeable and cool April weather, we were unsure whether the ferry would run. A phone call before starting the hike clarified the situation and another phone call and 5 minutes of waiting later, we were ferried across in a friendly and entertaining manner 😊.

Hiking

We were so looking forward to the rowing ferry, but it was on the other side and not a soul was in sight. Ringing the bell didn't help either, so we couldn't walk the loop around the lake and take the same way back.
