The inauguration in Saint-Dié took place on July 14, 1990. Dedication of the artists: We devote all zeal and energy consumed to achieving freedom to those for whom every hope of attaining the lack of understanding and anxiety of others ceases to be physically and mentally handicapped, asylum seekers and abandoned.
