Hiking

Finally the bridge in Strohn at the animal shelter over the Wupper is finished! Cyclists + hikers no longer need to take the long detour 🤗

Mountain biking

It's finally finished, the new Wupper Bridge in Strohn. Since its design is supposed to remind you of a Solingen knife, it is also called the "knife bridge". The donors who helped finance the construction of the bridge are immortalized in a small showcase. Their names were engraved on knife blades.

Hiking

The Wupperbrücke Strohn, on which the blade path near Strohn used to cross the Wupper, was dilapidated and was initially closed and later demolished a good seven years ago. Since then, the hiking trail has been interrupted at this point.
