Hiking

Here hides a small forest lake with mini-sandy beach. Nice dog bath. But even without a dog, this nice spot invites you to linger. Tables and benches for rest are available.
A little way along the way leads to a great forest playground with climbing nets, swings, balancers and up and down wooden path. Very original designed and intended for children exciting.

Hiking

The largest plantation on Rømø is the Kirkeby Plantation. It is also the most interesting because it hides open areas with moors, salt meadows and even a small, idyllic forest lake, Hviddal Sø. The lake is a quenching pond that was created in 1980.
