"The listed building of the Small Gallery" Hans Nadler "is one of the oldest buildings in the southern Brandenburg city of Elsterwerda in the Elbe-Elster district. The historic half-timbered house, now the "Hans Nadler" Small Gallery, was built around 1720/1725. It underwent extensive restoration in the late 1970s. At its grand opening on April 15, 1980, the gallery was officially handed over to the local branch of the GDR's Cultural Association. Since then, the "Hans Nadler" Small Gallery has regularly hosted exhibitions of works by regional artists and other cultural events. A permanent exhibition of the painter Hans Nadler's work can be seen on the upper floor of the house.
