The paths are well marked, but some of them are quite strenuous, especially when the going is uphill. A route of about 6km can seem long here. The black path leads down to the beach, which ends with a rope and a steep descent

The rope-secured crossing to the beach was completely problem-free, the rope at that spot wasn't necessary for us at all.
The paths south of it really ended at an insurmountable steep edge.
