At the end of the pier in Koserow, which will be newly opened in 2021, stands the "Man with a Bell" - an artificial figure designed by the Hamburg artist Johanna Stallbaum. It is almost 3 meters high and glows in the dark. On the one hand, the work of art is intended to greet arriving ships, say goodbye to departing ones and, above all, to encourage visitors to the pier to think.
