Road cycling
The increase is sometimes quite crisp (4.7km / 300hm / max.15%). Down in the forest is probably the hardest part. As a result, but that is almost no traffic on the track, only to be recommended. Downhill it is a good thing the almost 5km long downhill with quite good speed if you put it on it.
