The Kerkerbachbahn Aktien-Gesellschaft existed from 1884 to 1984, from 1886 to 1975 as an active railway company. The company was the operator and owner of the Kerkerbachbahn in the southern Westerwald, a railway line that ran from Dehrn via Kerkerbach (an industrial area of the town of Runkel and the waters of the same name) in the Lahn valley northwards to Mengerskirchen through what is now the Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse.
