Some sections are mostly paved, making them suitable for many skill levels, but other parts can become muddy in inclement weather. Sensible footwear is highly recommended to ensure a comfortable experience, especially if you plan to jog through the more natural sections. The trail offers a mix of easy stretches and a few moderate hills, so a good level of fitness will help you enjoy the jogging experience fully.
