From up on the Trans-Catalina Trail, enjoy photo-worthy views of Cherry Cove’s turquoise waters and sandy beaches. This private beach is home to a Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI) facility, one of three youth education camps on the island. While the beach remains closed to the public, Cherry Cove serves as a popular mooring spot for boaters, with reservations available through the Two Harbors Mooring Reservation System. This is one of a handful of beautiful bays along the West End Road Segment of the Trans-Catalina Trail.
