Cycling

During the Thirty Years' War, the village and the castle were destroyed by Danish troops. Only the stone tower of the church remained. This makes it the oldest building in town. In place of the destroyed castle, Prussia's Elector Friedrich Wilhelm had a hunting lodge built. Today's castle was built by Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm I. Today it houses part of the exhibition "Hunting and Power", which is important in terms of hunting history and politics.
