It is not suitable for jogging due to the demanding terrain.
Planning your visit requires good preparation; this is a medium to difficult trek best suited for experienced hikers with strong fitness levels. You will need sure-footedness, sturdy hiking shoes, and some alpine experience to tackle the strenuous climbs and rough terrain.
