From grottaccia di cingoli, take the provincial road 114 up to a gravel car park on the left, visible for the former stone mill now in ruins.
From there, take the small gravel road that climbs uphill, make two hairpin bends and at the third continue straight ahead to the hermitage.
Unfortunately it is closed but you can see the inside from the hole in the wooden door.
