It’s a good spot for a straightforward hike with chances to see local wildlife and views of the water. The area gets busy in autumn, which is a popular time to visit.

    This is only visible at very low water, like we are in this current drought.
    I have no idea why they would build a damn that is normally submerged.
    I have floated over this in a boat before. It's surreal, and scary, how low the water is.
