A commemorative plaque was probably erected in the meantime, but we didn't see it when we were there. After asking the municipality of Höhnstedt, we were informed that the municipal council died at this point at the age of 44 due to a lightning strike. The deceased was an entrepreneur, active in the community and local council and very popular with the people of Höhnstedt. For the Höhnstedter still a drastic and very emotional experience. In the background the ruins of a water management plant.
