Morond Lake is an artificial lake created to serve as a water reserve for the snow cannons of the Métabief resort. It also serves as a trout fishing pond.
If it is forbidden to bathe there, its presence refreshes all the same. And nothing prevents you from soaking your cap in it to bring down your body temperature.
