The ice pond in Adelsdorf as a small oasis of relaxation.
Fishermen now use the pond to raise carp, zander and tench. Usually in March and April, year-old fish are put in there, fed "specifically" by the fishing club for a year and then taken out of the pond again to transfer the fish to the Aisch.

Hiking
The municipality of Adelsdorf has invested a lot of money and redesigned the ice pond. The result is a beautiful local recreation area with barrier-free paths, some sports equipment and comfortable seating.
