Four harbour basins, the over 110-year-old Büsum lighthouse and ships of all kinds make Büsum harbour a maritime round trip with seagull calls, splashing water and real coastal atmosphere.
In the fishing harbour lies the largest crab cutter harbour on the west coast. Colourful cutters come and go, the catch is unloaded – you can often get freshly caught crabs directly from the ship here. Excursion boats also start here, e.g. towards Helgoland or for fishing trips at sea.
