From the Uetliergahn, the path goes slightly uphill past deer sculptures. These "glowing deer" were designed in 1991 by the artist Bruno Weber, who was inspired by the legend of the founding of Fraumünster. According to this, a white deer with brightly shining antlers is said to have led the sisters Hildegard and Berta to the spot on the Limmat where the Fraumünster was later built.
