Many, many years ago - the woods were even lonelier and more impenetrable - a man got lost up here. He wandered desperately around and was almost at the end of his strength, as a humpbacked woman stepped out of the woods and with a bony hand pointed his way out of the forest. And indeed: The man came home. As a thank-you, he made his pilgrimage to the small clearing year after year and, in memory of the woman, set up the wooden hand that you can still admire today. Maybe she also shows you the right way?
