Hiking
This beautiful hiking trail follows the Rodach River along its right bank for a surprisingly long and scenic stretch from Ruppen to the Hammermühle mill.
You can extend the hike further upstream to Höfles.
The trail was once part of the Floßweg (Rafting Trail), which is unfortunately no longer marked.
Some other trail markers, such as the blue number 6, can be found here.
The trail is also easily navigable by mountain bike or touring bike.
At the marked point, you can easily reach the riverbank.
