The Jungfraujoch, with its highest train station in Europe and the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps, belongs to the small community of Fieschertal in the canton of Valais.
For mountaineers, the village can be reached directly from here, otherwise you have to take the long detour via the Grimsel Pass or through the Lötschberg Tunnel.
