Hiking
The Moddersee bears its name for a reason. It really isn't suitable for bathing. Once inside, you're waist-deep in mud & prickly algae. Getting out of there, like in quicksand, is a real challenge. After that you are completely covered in mud. If you're looking for a free mud pack, this is the place to be. Not recommended for all other bathers.
