The simple gabled facade, with portal and three windows, is entirely covered with a fresco painted in 1868 by the painter Costantino Lurati. The scene, framed in an architecture of which two columns and the piers of the vault are visible, represents the Annunciation: God the Father (at the top of the facade) and two female saints are present.
On the left stands the bell tower.
