The Boek Manor House was built in the first half of the 19th century as a
two-story plastered building with 13 bays and a central projection.
Numerous changes of ownership mark the history of the estate.
The buses of the National Park Ticket stop directly in front of the manor house in Boek.
Before it came under the administration of the German Luftwaffe in 1935, it was owned by
the le Fort family. After the end of the Second World War, the Boek Manor House was used for a variety of purposes for decades.

The estate Boek was in the military restricted area and is accessible again since the turn. It lies on the edge of the Müritz National Park.
