Located at the foot of the Iparla ridges, Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry (“Baigorri” in Basque), is a village in the Basque Country with a rich history. The oldest parts of its castle date from the 12th century. Its Roman bridge as well as its 17th and 18th century houses are remarkable.
