A beautiful feeling of solitude, less than ten kilometers of gentle ups and downs between streets that follow the wheels of the bike in the silence of the Salento hinterland, perhaps accompanied by a gentle gust of north wind until you suddenly see Presicce to be literally reached diving down some beautiful hairpin bends supported at the sides by stone walls that recall ancient streets of times gone by.
