Mountain biking

Worth a stroll with either an ice cream or an espresso in the numerous small bars.

Novigrad is located on a small peninsula in western Istria. The narrow and winding streets of the centre, bear witness to the medieval origins of the town which experienced its period of maximum splendor during the dominion of the maritime republic of Venice. There are many architectural testimonies left by the Serenissima, such as the town Loggia and some houses in the Venetian Gothic style. Today Novigrad retains that quiet fishing village atmosphere despite being one of the most popular tourist destinations in the area
