Hiking

Here you can park well to break into various tours, e.g. to the Hohenstein. But why not take the train to Sklarska Poreba / Schreiberhau, e.g. from Jelenia Gora / Hirschberg?

Hiking

Incidentally, the travel guides and Wikipedia report on Schreiberhau that before the war it was one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany and that there were "direct rail connections to Schreiberhau ... from Berlin, Breslau and Dresden", "so that a comfortable and quick journey was possible ". Oh, that would be nice!
