Hiking

Obertonmühle was the original name of this mill. In 1550 it became the property of "Fleischmartin's widow" and was renamed Fleischmühle. The grinding mechanism and the mill canal are largely still in good condition. In 2012 the old Mühlenscheuer was reopened after renovation.

Along the Glems there is the Glems-Mühlen cycle path. The meat mill is the 5th mill in the direction of the Glems estuary (Unterriexingen). The cycle path starts at Glemseck near Leonberg and is 39 km long. There are 19 mills along the way, some of which are still in operation.
