This is a beautiful spot to enjoy the surrounding valleys. On a clear day, you can occasionally spot the Severn Bridge over to Bristol, as well as seem the towering Brecon Beacons jutting out of the horizon in the opposite direction. As this is an old slag heap, though, it can get slippery when wet, with the trails leading to and from the peak becoming incredibly muddy when it's damp.
