The construction of the church in Klinga dates back to the first documentary mention of the village of Staudtnitz (1186), which today is part of Klinga. The Baroque interior design, which makes up the special charm of the church in Klinga, was built between 1728 and 1764.
Baroque organ built in 1743/44 by organ builder Christian Schmidt from Taucha (near Leipzig).

The Klinga Church (also Klinga Village Church) is a church building of the Evangelical Lutheran Regional Church of Saxony in the Klinga district of the Parthenstein community. It is in the local cemetery. It is a branch church of the Naunhof town church and is a listed building.
