It documents the history of the Neustadt Fisheries Authority, which has existed since 1474 and is the oldest fisheries authority in Germany. The fishing museum is located in the building of the oldest fishing guild in Germany! Unfortunately, it cannot be visited at the moment. It is not known if and when it will reopen. However, fish is now being sold in the building - directly from regional fishermen.
