Cycling
One of the best descents I've enjoyed on the island! This is a grassy track off of Chillerton Down with fabulous views to the south, and it's bermed up both sides with grassy banks so it's really really fun and fast.
Of course, make sure you're on the lookout for other trail users and be respectful.
