The area around the Attersee inspired Gustav Klimt for a large part of his landscape paintings. The linden tree avenue in front of the impressive lakeside castle Kammer is one of the most famous motifs of this kind. Along the Klimt Theme Trail, you can immerse yourself in Klimt's time at the Attersee. It continues in a similarly cultural vein at the Zwach Gallery. In changing exhibitions, young artists are given the opportunity to present themselves and their works.
