Historical information about Namur station.
This station is an important railway junction.
In 2002 the station was completely renovated with a concrete roof.
In terms of crowds, the station is second in Wallonia, after Ottignies but ahead of Liège-Guillemins (2019 traveler count). It is the eighth busiest station in Belgium.
In 2018, a bus station will be built above the current roof of the station, which will replace the old bus station to the east of the station.
