The Saint-Jacques Church also called Notre-Dame et Saint-Jacques Church is a Catholic religious building located in the center of the village of Polleur in the province of Liège, Belgium. Dating from the mid-15th century, the church has one of the eleven twisted bell towers recorded in Belgium.
This church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and to Saint Jacques. The construction of the current building dates back to 1450. The building is built of sandstone and limestone rubble. The site would have previously been occupied by a temple and, even earlier, by a 4th century chapel dedicated to Saint Materne.

On July 27, 1450, residents of Poleur donated a chapel to the town in honor of God and Saint James. They transform an 11th-12th century building into a place of worship that served as a refuge, hence the 14th century defense tower and a hotel for travelers. Polleur is located at a crossroads of old roads and the place probably served as a stopover on the way to Compostela, hence the patronage of Saint James.
