From here you have a view of the Prague metronome.
It's located on Letná Hill, a green park area that offers a fantastic view of the city and its sights, so it's worth going there.
The metronome was erected in 1991 and stands on the spot where a huge monument of Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin once stood. It symbolizes the time that is incessantly advancing and also stands for a new beginning and the beginning of a new era in Czech history.

There used to be a monument to Stalin, after the dismantling the metronome was put up, which you can hardly see from below because of the greenery
