The trail is much longer and merges into the North Trail in the north. The route is perfectly adapted to cyclists: there are several repair stations, rest areas and nice lakes. I also found a pretty good pizzeria along the way and I especially recommend stopping at the Central Station Stones (a nearby highlight)!
