When planning your visit, be aware that the trail involves numerous ascents and descents, including steps, making some parts strenuous. While generally accessible, a good level of fitness is recommended to comfortably manage the route. If you wish to walk on the sandy beaches, check local tide times, as this is only possible during low tide.
